Product Analyst (On-site) at Lucas Oil Products Inc – Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Purpose: The Product Analyst will support the Product Development team in evaluating the Lucas Oil’s product portfolio, monitoring competitors’ offerings, evaluating market trends and demand, and understanding consumer and customer needs. This role will require effective analytical and communications skills to provide timely results and recommendations.

Duties:

• Supports the product lifecycle management of existing products and new product development projects.
• Researches and monitors competitors' products and client feedback for new ideas for products and service offerings.
• Researches consumer trends and develops consumer and customer profiles.
• Follows industry developments to identify potential new product opportunities and pricing models.
• Collaborates with internal teams to evaluate designs for technical feasibility, identify production requirements, and develop marketing plans and roadmap timelines.
• May evaluate product packaging, labeling, and promotional literature designs for compliance with product and safety specifications and regulatory guidelines.

Skills/Qualifications:·

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to create insight from large amounts of data.
• Able to work collaboratively across various functions.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-starter with ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
