Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO across multiple ventures. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Executive Assistant will act as a central point of coordination, managing schedules, tracking contracts, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with high-impact special projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives working independently and can anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities-
Schedule Management: Organize, maintain, and optimize the CEO’s calendar across multiple businesses; coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.

Administrative Oversight: Maintain accurate records, track contract lifecycles, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure smooth execution of in-person and virtual meetings.

Project Assistance: Support special projects, research assignments, and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.

Document Management: Draft, review, and organize business documents, presentations, and reports.

Operational Support: Anticipate needs, identify efficiencies, and proactively solve problems to keep projects and priorities on track.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years supporting C-level executives or senior leadership (experience with multiple business entities preferred).

Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
