Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible, including overnights
Overview:
This hybrid Porter role is the backbone of our operation — part dishwasher, part prep support, part facilities caretaker. You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly and cleanly while helping with basic prep and product receiving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and organize dishes, cookware, and smallwares
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries
• Support prep team with peeling, portioning, and basic production tasks
• Maintain floors, trash, recycling, and restrooms
• Deep clean kitchen equipment and storage areas during downtime
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
• Prior BOH or dish experience is a plus but not required
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Hardworking, consistent, and self-directed
• Reliable with great attention to detail and cleanliness
