Board Certified Psychiatrist needed for occasional weekend coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Hospital employed position (W2).
• Choose from two schedule options – full weekend or 8-hour day shift.
• On-site coverage required.
• 30 bed adult inpatient unit with average daily census in the mid-20s, shared between 4 providers.
• Round on patients in the unit and provide hospital and ED consults.

• Excellent clinician collaboration, supportive environment.
• About an hour from Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Lumberton, and Laurinburg. Two hours from Charlotte.

• Completion of ABMS/AOA approved psychiatric residency program
• Board Certification
• Unrestricted NC medical license and NC DEA
• Active BLS through AHA or ARC
