What You’ll Do:

• Handle residential plumbing service calls
• Create accurate repair estimates for clients
• Educate customers about plumbing products and solutions when necessary
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Provide training and support for junior team members
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Follow and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management, with flexibility based on business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to regularly lift 50-100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl into tight spaces, and climb ladders
• All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record (please provide a recent DMV driving report)
