HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As the Lead Case Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our case management team. You will: Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to case managers. Train new staff, reinforce policy compliance, and ensure best practices are consistently applied. Use professional judgment to support new and ongoing reunification processes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary partners to ensure safe, well-informed decision making for youth and families. Help uphold ORR standards and ensure timely, effective case documentation and communication. Your work directly influences the trajectory of each child’s reunification experience and contributes to a system that values compassion, resilience, and safety. WHO YOU ARE? You lead by example and uplift the team around you.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; written and verbal (English & Spanish)
- Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience
- One (1) year or more Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) experience
- 2-5 years’ experience recording case management activities
- 1 year or more experience as a case manager working with children
- Experience working with immigrant populations and child welfare, preferred
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and be prepared to demonstrate their proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- You must complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI), pre-employment drug screening and may be required to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
