Your Role and Impact:
As LNHA, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a Senior Living Community ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. You’ll lead with heart and strategy, advancing the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. This includes driving performance in the areas of:
  • Employee engagement
  • Quality assurance
  • Mission effectiveness
  • Stewardship

You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that support a positive, compliant, and resident-centered environment.

What you will need:

  • WI - Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related (Required)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care Administrator position (Preferred)
