H2O Away is Western Washington’s trusted name in water damage restoration—and we’re looking for someone who knows the value of great relationships and fast response.
If you’ve worked in plumbing, home services, or construction, and you enjoy talking with others in the trades, this might be the perfect opportunity to build a rewarding sales career—without swinging a hammer.

At H2O Away, we handle emergency water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup with professionalism and speed. When a plumbing emergency turns into a major mess, we’re the team plumbers trust to take care of their customers.
We're growing fast and expanding into new areas—including your backyard—and we’re looking for someone who can help us build partnerships with local service companies, plumbers, and property professionals throughout our I-405/I-5 corridor (Renton to Everett).
🔨 What You'll Be Doing
    Building and maintaining referral relationships with plumbing companies, property managers, and other service pros
Networking and prospecting new business accounts
Educating partners on how H2O Away can support their customers (and their reputation)
Following up after each job to ensure customer satisfaction
Reporting activity, results, and opportunities to our leadership team
Driving your assigned territory and representing the H2O Away brand with professionalism and care
💪 What We’re Looking For
    Background in plumbing, restoration, trades, or in-field sales preferred
Strong communicator who relates well to both business owners and field techniciansSelf-starter with good time management and a positive attitudeSomeone who enjoys building relationships—not just closing dealsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordHunter mentality that knows how to develop relationships🚘 What We Provide
