Night Auditor at Westin Tampa Bay – Tampa, Florida

Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organize the shift, and review and complete the following: remaining reservations, verify that all contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through hotel’s pass-along system.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with reservation and accounting system.
• Attention to detail.
