Beacon Health System is expanding our Rehabilitation team in Kalamazoo, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Inpatient Therapy Department. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality inpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Support patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, surgical, and medical conditions

• Assist with mobility training, strengthening exercises, balance work, and functional mobility

• Document progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

• Contribute to a safe, positive, healing environment for patients and families

What We’re Looking For

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

• A passion for teamwork and continuous learning

Schedule

Full-time | Day shift with some flexibility based on patient census and departmental needs.
