Caja, a brand-new fried chicken and sides restaurant in Graze Food Hall, is looking for a new team member! Graze Food Hall is home to some of the best local eateries in town. We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced team members to lead our team and make Caja the go-to spot at Graze.

Caja is all about simplicity and flavor. With a limited menu focused on perfectly crispy fried chicken and irresistible sides, we’re committed to delivering high-quality meals in a vibrant food hall setting.

Caja is led by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts along with sister establishments Brasa Rotisserie and Alma cafe, restaurant and hotel.

The primary responsibilities of this role are ensuring the efficient execution of our recipes, plating and service. We are seeking a team member who recognizes the value of welcoming, inclusive hospitality, working collaboratively with others, and enjoys a fun, fast paced environment.

This position is 3-5 shifts per week, 20 to 40hr/week. Open availability evenings and weekends is a must. Previous restaurant experience is preferred. Compensation $15.97+tips.
