Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and safety-conscious individuals to join our Paint Line Team as Loaders and Unloaders. This role is responsible for the loading of aluminum extrusions onto the vertical wet coat paint line racks and unloading finished product after coating, ensuring correct handling, quality, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load raw aluminum extrusions onto paint line racks according to work orders and profiles.
• Unload painted extrusions carefully to prevent damage to the finish.
• Identify and handle materials by shape, size, and order specification.
• Perform visual inspections to detect any visible defects before and after the painting process.
• Ensure proper spacing and alignment of materials on racks for optimal paint coverage.
• Tag and identify finished product correctly for downstream processes or shipping.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
• Communicate any issues or material defects to the supervisor or quality team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus (but not required).

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to a noisy, industrial environment with paint and solvent fumes (PPE provided).
• Standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout shift.
• May involve repetitive tasks and working in high-temperature areas near ovens or drying zones.
