Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for one of SoundHound AI’s Enterprise customers. The Engagement Manager is a mission critical, customer facing position. You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery and account governance, with the goal of enabling long term account growth. A great Engagement Manager is well-versed in client relationship management, service delivery operations, and account management. You will play a key role in transforming how SoundHound AI delivers Digital First experiences for our Enterprise customers. By bridging the gap between customer needs and delivery, this role protects revenue, drives retention, and creates a foundation for account growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the SoundHound AI delivery team
  • Build trusted relationships across the customer organization to drive satisfaction and enable account growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the continued customer adoption of the SoundHound Autonomics platform
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of account service delivery teams across SoundHound AI and partners, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to SLAs
  • Maintain governance over account health, providing regular updates and required reporting to both customer and SoundHound AI leadership
  • Establish oversight of the entire delivery program, providing a consultative approach to guiding the portfolio of active projects
  • Collaborate closely with SoundHound AI internal teams to align tooling and platform capabilities with evolving project needs

What You'll Bring:
  • Have 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s. Or 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Have managed large Enterprise accounts, and have experience directly engaging with technical, and non-technical Enterprise stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of coordinating large-scale global delivery teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Have operational experience in automation, digital services, or AI-based platforms.

We recognize that not every candidate will meet every listed requirement. If you believe your skills and experiences position you to contribute meaningfully in this role, we encourage you to apply. You may offer strengths and perspectives we have not yet considered.

This USA-based position is available for remote work in the United States, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone.

The estimated salary for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience. #LI-MR1 #LI-REMOTE
