Grand Villa of New Port Richey Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the nursing staff

- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

- Participate in recreational activities and engage residents in social interactions

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Basic understanding of elderly care and needs
