As a Server at Childress Winery, you are the face of our hospitality, playing a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for attentive, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to all guests.
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, or requests with professionalism and poise.
-Maintain a clean, polished appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, wine offerings, and daily specials.
-Prepare tables and maintain a neat and orderly dining area at all times.
-Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and efficiency, especially during peak hours.
-Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest service.
-Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere that reflects the values of Childress Winery.

Qualifications:
-Prior experience as a server in a restaurant, winery, or hospitality setting.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
-Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
-A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 35+ pounds regularly.
-Able to stand and walk for long periods, including climbing stairs, bending, and stooping.
