Group Leader at Satellite Shelters – Bristol, Indiana

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Leader to join our team! As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, managing, rewarding and motivating team members to ensuring their daily success.

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

• 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
• 2-3 years in manufacturing
• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry is highly preferred
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
