Caregiver in Austin, Texas at HSRS Operations LLC

The Caregiver provides compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a homelike assisted living and memory care community. This position assists with daily activities, supports their independence, and provides medication assistance or administration within the employee's training, authorization, and applicable requirements. Help us provide personalized care in a warm, homelike community for residents with memory impairment.

Caregiving experience preferred; memory care experience is a plus

Patient, respectful, and able to work well with others

Reliable attendance and ability to remain awake and attentive throughout the shift

Must complete required background screening and training

Availability for weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility

Document care and medication duties accurately

Report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse

Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service

Keep residents safe, comfortable, and engaged
