Vehicle Check-In Clerk

We are hiring a dependable and tech-savvy Vehicle Check-In Clerk to assist with vehicle check-in operations at an auto auction.

This position is primarily outdoors, so applicants must be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions. The role requires using a phone, tablet, or other electronic device to accurately check in vehicles and enter vehicle information.

Job Duties & Requirements:

Check in vehicles and accurately enter vehicle information
Must be comfortable and proficient using technology
Must be able to work outdoors for the duration of the shift
Shifts may vary depending on workload and can range from approximately 4 to 12 hours
Employees must be available to stay until the work is completed, even when the shift runs longer than expected
Must have a valid driver's license in case assistance with moving or driving vehicles is needed
A criminal background check and driving history (MVR) check will be conducted
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Important: Shift length is based on the number of vehicles being processed that day. Applicants should have flexible availability and should not apply if they are unable to stay through the completion of the assigned work.
