Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in at HostPapa
Job Description
Position Summary
At managed.com, we're a remote-first, global team. We're also AI-first, so finding practical ways to use AI is part of every role here.
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitment from role intake through offer acceptance and handover to the People Operations team. You will hire across functions and countries, help managers make informed hiring decisions, and keep candidates informed throughout the process. You will also help improve how we recruit as the company grows. This role reports to the Director of People & Culture.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify the business need, role scope, required skills, compensation range, and interview plan before launching an approved search.
- Manage multiple searches across technical and non-technical roles, set clear timelines, and keep hiring managers accountable for feedback and decisions.
- Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job postings, and relevant professional networks. Adapt your approach to the role and local talent market.
- Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and help managers use structured interviews and practical assessments.
- Keep candidates informed, coordinate interviews across time zones, and provide timely follow-up from first contact through the hiring decision.
- Coordinate offers with hiring managers and the People Operations team, confirm approvals and candidate details, and ensure a complete handover for agreements and onboarding.
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate. Track hiring progress, time to fill, offer acceptance, and reasons for delays, and recommend next steps for off-track searches.
- Improve recruiting workflows, templates, and documentation. Use AI to support sourcing, drafting, and administration, with human review and appropriate handling of candidate information.
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs.
About you
- 4+ years of experience independently managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, including direct sourcing and offer coordination.
- Ability to turn a hiring manager’s request into clear selection criteria and a practical search plan, and to challenge requirements that unnecessarily narrow the candidate pool.
- Strong organization and follow-through, with experience managing competing priorities and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
- Confidence assessing candidates through structured interviews and giving managers clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data to manage your work and identify problems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear communication across cultures and time zones. Bulgarian or Spanish is an asset.
- Practical curiosity about AI and willingness to test ways to improve recruiting while protecting candidate information and applying sound judgment.
- Experience recruiting internationally, hiring for technology roles, or working in a growing company is an asset.
What we offer
- Remote-first work, with colleagues across many countries
- Competitive pay, benchmarked against the markets we hire in
- Room to grow, with real ownership of your work and support for professional development
- Flexibility in how and when you work, within the core hours your team needs
- Access to the AI tools you need to do your work, and the room to experiment with them
