  • Clearly communicate the platform’s capabilities, technical strengths, and business benefits to stakeholders across IT, security, engineering, and related functions.

  • Manage multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle, navigating complex enterprise sales processes and securing new customer agreements.

  • Develop productive relationships with regional technology alliances, reseller partners, and channel organizations to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities.

  • Proactively prospect for new customers while nurturing inbound leads and collaborating with a dedicated Business Development Representative.

  • Identify new customer use cases and business opportunities in partnership with marketing, channel partnerships, and other internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Sales Engineering throughout discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and deal progression.

  • Coordinate with Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

  • Create and execute a territory business plan that leverages customer relationships, partner networks, and regional communities to drive sustainable growth.

  • Work with sales leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new customer acquisition and consistently achieve quarterly targets.

  • Share customer and prospect feedback with product and go-to-market teams to help inform platform improvements and commercial strategy.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to simplicity, speed, sound judgment, continuous learning, and effective collaboration.

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.

  • Proven success selling to strategic or enterprise customers within the TOLA region.

  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to senior technical decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, DevOps leaders, and IT executives.

  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to create demand, develop new opportunities, and effectively manage inbound leads.

  • Established working relationships with relevant IT channel partners and technology alliance organizations in the TOLA region.

  • Experience developing new territories or geographic markets from the ground up, generating demand, and building a qualified sales pipeline.

  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales goals, performance metrics, and business objectives.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate internal resources to advance complex opportunities.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic account planning skills.

  • Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to seek feedback, learn from setbacks, challenge established approaches, and continuously improve.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing technology business where individual initiative can make a meaningful impact.

  • Must be based in Dallas, Austin, or Houston, Texas, and able to attend in-person meetings and events in the region regularly.

Benefits:
  • Annual on-target compensation: $340,000, including base salary and commission.

  • Equity: Additional equity compensation is offered.

  • Remote work: Remote position for candidates based in Dallas, Austin, or Houston, Texas, with regular in-person regional meetings and events.

  • Growth and development: The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a scaling technology environment that values curiosity, learning, and professional growth.

  • Collaborative environment: Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, marketing, customer success, and partner teams.
