This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Analyst/Developer — React and Python based in Brazil.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development and continuous evolution of a financial reconciliation platform that supports data ingestion, transformation, processing, and monitoring. You will build end-to-end solutions spanning modern web interfaces, backend APIs, database architecture, and cloud infrastructure. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will investigate production issues, translate complex financial requirements into reliable technical solutions, and improve system performance and scalability. You will also help strengthen data quality, security, traceability, and operational resilience across the platform. • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, data persistence, and business logic.

• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive and intuitive interfaces using React and TypeScript, including data tables, filters, forms, dashboards, and asynchronous process monitoring.

• Backend Development: Develop and maintain APIs and integrations using Python and FastAPI, implementing robust validation, asynchronous processing, and reliable business rules.

• Financial Reconciliation Platform: Contribute to the evolution of a platform supporting data imports, transformations, pipeline execution, discrepancy management, dashboards, and access control.

• Cloud Architecture: Design and improve AWS-based architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

• Data Processing and Integration: Build and maintain integrations with internal systems, files, and external data sources, handling CSV and Excel imports as well as large datasets.

• Database Engineering: Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, SQL queries, indexes, and data models to improve application performance and data consistency.

• Data Pipelines and Automation: Develop scheduled jobs, pipelines, and asynchronous workflows, ensuring idempotency, reliable retries, and safe reprocessing.

• Production Support: Investigate production incidents, diagnose failures through logs, collaborate with business teams, and implement sustainable solutions that address root causes.

• Security and Access Management: Implement authentication, authorization, and access controls while strengthening error handling, auditability, and system traceability.

• Testing and Delivery: Develop automated frontend and backend tests and contribute to code quality through Git, Docker, CI/CD, and sound engineering practices.

• AI-Assisted Engineering: Use AI tools to support technical architecture, software development, problem-solving, and the optimization of everyday engineering tasks.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve architecture, processes, and technology choices while sharing knowledge and taking ownership of delivery from planning through production.

• Professional Experience: Strong experience in full stack software development, with the ability to work independently on existing systems and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

• Frontend Technologies: Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript, including hooks, state management, component architecture, and API integration.

• Backend Technologies: Strong experience with Python and FastAPI, including Pydantic data validation and asynchronous programming.

• Cloud Services: Knowledge of AWS services, particularly S3, Athena, Glue, and Secrets Manager, with the ability to design solutions that balance performance and cost.

• SQL and Databases: Strong command of SQL and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, indexing strategies, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting.

• ORM and Migrations: Experience with SQLAlchemy and database migrations, preferably using Alembic.

• Data Engineering: Experience importing, transforming, and processing structured data, including CSV files, Excel files, and high-volume datasets.

• Data Processing Tools: Familiarity with DuckDB, Polars, Pandas, PyArrow, and Parquet for efficient data manipulation and analytics.

• Workflow Reliability: Experience developing pipelines, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes, with an understanding of idempotency, retries, and reprocessing strategies.

• Security and Identity: Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based or other access control mechanisms.

• Automated Testing: Practical experience implementing and maintaining automated tests for frontend and backend applications.

• Development and Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and production diagnostics.

• Container Orchestration: Experience with Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS, is valuable.
