Position Summary

The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for developing strategic relationships with employers, human resources leaders, benefits departments, health plans, brokers, and community organizations to increase awareness and utilization of ROWI’s behavioral health services.

This role focuses on helping employers support the mental health needs of their employees’ children and families. By partnering with organizations whose health plans include ROWI as an in-network provider, the Director will create opportunities for employees to access life-changing behavioral health services for their children and adolescents while gaining critical parenting skills and family support resources.

The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to employer partners, helping them understand how access to quality behavioral healthcare can improve employee well-being, reduce caregiver stress, decrease absenteeism, improve productivity, and support workforce retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Partnership Development
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with employers whose health insurance plans include ROWI services.
  • Build partnerships with Human Resources, Benefits, Wellness, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Occupational Health, and Total Rewards leaders.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies that increase awareness of ROWI’s services among employees and their families.
  • Present ROWI’s programs, outcomes, and services to employer leadership teams and decision-makers.
  • Develop customized partnership opportunities that align with employer wellness and workforce initiatives.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners and strategic referral relationships.
Family Mental Health Advocacy
  • Educate employers on the impact of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, autism spectrum disorders, and other behavioral health challenges on working families.
  • Promote awareness of available treatment options and support services.
  • Position ROWI as a trusted partner for employers seeking family-focused mental health solutions.
  • Help employers address the growing need for child and adolescent behavioral healthcare resources.
Community Outreach and Business Development
  • Represent ROWI at employer, healthcare, education, and community events.
  • Build relationships with chambers of commerce, employer associations, community organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand ROWI’s visibility and referral network throughout California.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives that increase access to care for children and families.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, employer relations, benefits consulting, managed care, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with employers and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong sales, business development, networking, presentation, and consultative relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and generate referral growth.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout California to meet with employer partners, attend conferences, and represent ROWI at industry and community events.
Highly Preferred
  • Experience working for a healthcare provider organization, health plan, behavioral health company, healthcare services organization, or related healthcare entity.
  • Established relationships with Human Resources, Benefits, Wellness, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or Total Rewards leaders within large California employers.
  • Existing network among healthcare organizations, municipalities, school districts, public-sector employers, and major private-sector employers throughout California.
  • Knowledge of employer-sponsored health benefits and healthcare navigation.
  • Experience working with health plans, insurance carriers, brokers, benefits consultants, or employer healthcare purchasing organizations.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health, pediatric healthcare, autism services, or family-focused healthcare programs.
  • Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships that drive employee engagement, healthcare utilization, referrals, or workforce well-being initiative

Base salary + Bonus + Benefits


The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 100,000 USD per year(ROWI Corporate)
