Executive Chef in SAN SALVADOR, San Luis at Ladgov Corporation

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA), San Salvador, El Salvador

The candidate shall have at minimum:

• Five (5) years of experience as a chef in catering, hospitality, hotel, or institutional food service environments.
• Experience preparing international cuisine.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience supervising kitchen personnel.
• Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requirements.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training preferred.

The candidate must:

• Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals provided under the contract.
• Develop diverse menus that meet contract requirements and obtain Government approval.
• Ensure meals are prepared to restaurant-quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen personnel and food preparation activities.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.
• Accommodate special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, kosher, halal, allergy-related, and medically required meals.
• Manage food inventory and ingredient quality.
• Coordinate meal preparation schedules to meet service times.
• Support special events and additional catering requirements.
• Ensure proper presentation and serving of all meals.
