Join an innovative AI-driven environment where cutting-edge research, engineering, and infrastructure teams collaborate to shape the future of enterprise decision-making. In this role, you will serve as the operational bridge that enables technical teams to execute ambitious projects efficiently and at scale. You will coordinate complex research initiatives, align stakeholders across multiple functions, and establish lightweight processes that maximize productivity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will help transform strategic objectives into actionable execution plans while ensuring teams have the resources and visibility needed to succeed. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving organizational challenges, driving alignment, and making a measurable impact on highly innovative projects.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of technical and research programs, from planning and roadmap development through execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Partner closely with research, engineering, and infrastructure teams to translate complex technical goals into structured project plans and actionable milestones.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions, ensuring effective collaboration while maintaining agility.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives, including data requirements, infrastructure needs, and compute resources.
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders, ensuring priorities, timelines, and objectives remain synchronized across teams.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, documentation standards, project management practices, and collaboration frameworks as the organization scales.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness and execution speed.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or a related role.
  • Alternatively, a background in software engineering, data science, or another technical discipline with a strong interest in transitioning into program leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, and emerging technical trends.
  • Ability to facilitate alignment and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with machine learning lifecycles, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience working with large datasets, particularly tabular data.
  • Exposure to AI, research, or advanced technology-focused environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package including salary and equity participation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Paid parental leave supporting all paths to parenthood, including adoption and surrogacy.
  • Relocation assistance for employees joining one of the company's office locations.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation and enterprise technology.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture that values ownership, initiative, and diversity of thought.
  • Significant opportunities for professional growth and career development in a rapidly scaling organization.
