In this role, you’ll partner with physicians, clinicians, and technical staff to ensure the highest standards in radiation therapy, imaging, and patient safety.

What You’ll Do:

As a key clinical expert, you will:

Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of radiation therapy treatmentsPerform equipment calibration, quality assurance (QA), and compliance checksCollaborate with oncologists and care teams to develop and optimize treatment plansLead efforts in radiation safety and regulatory complianceMonitor and evaluate new technologies to enhance patient outcomesProvide training and guidance to medical and technical staff

What We Required Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Physics, Physics, or related fieldBoard certification or board-eligible (e.g., ABR or equivalent)Strong knowledge of radiation therapy, dosimetry, and QA processesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience with advanced treatment techniques (IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, etc.)Familiarity with leading treatment planning systems and imaging technologiesPassion for innovation and improving patient care
