This role contributes to the development of advanced AI systems by applying deep expertise in manufacturing and industrial operations to real-world operational modeling and evaluation. You will design and review realistic scenarios that reflect production environments, supply chain workflows, procurement processes, and industrial engineering challenges. The work ensures AI systems can accurately interpret and respond to complex operational situations across manufacturing facilities and logistics networks. You will help define high-quality benchmarks that reflect best practices in efficiency, safety, and production management. Operating in a flexible, remote contractor environment, you will collaborate with a global network of subject matter experts supporting cutting-edge AI development. You will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and refining manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios that support AI benchmarking across production, logistics, and supply chain environments.
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios reflecting production, procurement, logistics, and warehouse workflows
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational efficiency, engineering analysis, and production management tasks
- Review AI and human-generated outputs for accuracy, safety awareness, and operational realism
- Contribute to “gold standard” solutions aligned with best practices in manufacturing and industrial operations
- Ensure contextual accuracy across target locale industrial environments, including operational standards and workflows
- Support continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks used in AI training and benchmarking processes
You are an experienced manufacturing or industrial operations professional with strong knowledge of production systems, supply chain processes, and operational best practices.
- 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, production management, engineering, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Background in roles such as production supervisor, industrial engineer, mechanical engineer, procurement specialist, warehouse manager, or logistics coordinator
- Strong understanding of production workflows, operational safety standards, and industrial process optimization
- Ability to evaluate operational accuracy, efficiency, and feasibility in complex scenarios
- Native-level proficiency in the target language with strong professional English skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, inventory systems, or logistics operations is required
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in structured evaluation tasks
