Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Associate SW Development Engineer for our Broadband Devices Team, where we're pioneering the future of multigigabit connectivity. This role involves developing software features, collaborating with hardware teams, troubleshooting and debugging network devices and products, and resolving system-level issues.

Location

Hybrid role – working at 3-4 days a week from our office in Bangalore.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for developing software features for Embedded Systems.

  • Responsible for debugging and resolving complex cross-layer system issues reported by QA and customers, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective and preventive solutions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • BE in Electronics and communication or Computer science with 85% or 8.5 CGPA
  • No current backlogs, no repeat year or gap in studies
  • Excellent at C++/C programming coding
  • Knowledge in Layer 2/3 networking protocols
  • Linux Knowledge – Advantage.
  • Script tools/languages (Perl, Python, Bash, etc.) - advantage
  • High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different groups.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
