What You'll Do:
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert across all Wesley Willows communities; providing leadership, mentorship, and hands-on support to nursing teams.
- Develop and standardize clinical policies and best practices in alignment with state and federal regulations.
- Lead quality audits, mock surveys, and risk assessments; support survey prep, responses, and plans of correction.
- Analyze portfolio-wide quality indicators and drive initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
- Lead root cause analysis and risk mitigation following clinical incidents.
- Support onboarding, training, and recruitment of nursing leaders across all communities.
- Travel regularly to communities to provide on-site clinical support and training.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unencumbered license required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed in state of Illinois; multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain as required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including at least two to three years in a Director of Nursing or senior clinical leadership role, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
- Prior experience supporting multiple locations and levels of care or in a regional/corporate clinical role strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing, assisted living/sheltered care and senior care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related clinical/compliance systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
