Atlas Toyota Material Handling is currently hiring a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This outside sales role focuses on developing new business and growing existing customer relationships by promoting premium industrial floor cleaning equipment and solutions throughout an assigned territory.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Prospect, develop, and generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound prospecting calls per week to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Partner with the sales team to achieve individual, departmental, and company sales objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Prepare and present industrial floor cleaning equipment proposals, quotations, and financing options to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and participate in on-site equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and value.
- Act as a subject matter expert on industrial floor cleaning solutions, providing guidance to internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities within the company's CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, the ability to maintain a good driving record, and valid car insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or related discipline preferred.
- 2 years of business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Light mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases.

Physical Requirements:
- This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional physical activities may be required, including, but is not limited to, standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting (typically up to 80 lbs.), as needed.
- Regular travel within an assigned territory is required; the ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role.
