Lead Certified Medical Assistant

Looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant Lead. Is that you?

**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**

Work location : 400 West Arbrook Blvd - Suite 100 Arlington, TX 76014

Work hours : Full Time; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Thursday (745am-515pm), Friday (745am-145pm)

Here's What You Need:

• • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQURIED)
• 4 years of Medical Assistant experience (REQUIRED)
• Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills-within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (PREFERRED) or
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly 90 Days Upon Hire (REQUIRED) and
NCT - Non-Certified Radiologic Technician training may be required Upon Hire (PREFRRED)

What You Will Do:

• Directs and guides back office staff in monitoring and expediting workflow.

• Handles medical supply inventory, orders, and cost control.

• Performs general patient care by following established standards and procedures.

• Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider.

• Obtains and records vital signs and other appropriate information, such as height, weight, drug allergies, current medications and presenting problem.

• Administers ordered medications via oral, topical, rectal, ophthalmic, and/or inhalant administration.

• Administers vaccines via oral, topical, injection and/or nasal administration.
