As a Senior Specialist Sales Support professional, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and delivering exceptional service experiences within the real estate and mortgage technology ecosystem. This position combines customer support, inside sales, and account management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients while contributing to business expansion efforts. You will engage with customers through multiple communication channels, resolve technical and account-related issues, and identify opportunities to enhance customer value through product adoption and upselling initiatives. - Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat channels, providing timely support and guidance related to platform usage, account access, and technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the support lifecycle.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities by promoting additional services and membership options that enhance customer value and engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on available features, functionalities, and benefits.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while contributing to revenue growth and customer retention objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM systems, and document interactions, opportunities, and support activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to develop customer retention initiatives and optimize support processes.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, lead generation activities, and key operational metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor offerings, and product enhancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to strengthen product expertise, sales capabilities, and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, sales processes, and customer retention strategies.
- Proven ability to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and achieve measurable performance targets.
- Demonstrated experience handling customer objections, escalations, and complex support scenarios with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience working in inside sales or client account management environments, ideally within real estate services or cloud-based technology businesses.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Avature, Encore, or similar customer relationship management systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing and support tools such as Zendesk or equivalent customer service platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple software applications and digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customer decisions.
