Position Description:

What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial HVAC market.
- Assess customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and technical documentation for prospective projects.
- Partner with engineering, project management, and service teams to develop accurate project solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits, system evaluations, and project assessments.
- Present solutions and proposals to clients and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms to secure new business.
- Track sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and applicable building codes.
Position Requirements:
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical principles
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals
- Experience with AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
