French (FLS) Language Teacher in Chêne-Bougeries, Geneva in Chêne-Bougeries at Global LT

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently hiring a French Language (FLS) Teacher to provide in-person lessons to our client in Geneva.

• Students: Two adults (husband and wife) and their three children aged 9, 11 and 13. Each adult will take lessons individually. The children will take lessons together (small group of 3).

• Location: Lessons are to be held at the students' home in Chêne-Bougeries (1224)

• Preferred start date: ASAP

Details

• Availability: They would like to take back-to-back lessons.
  - Husband: 8 a.m.
  - Wife: 9 a.m.
  - Children: 10 a.m.

• Lesson Frequency and Duration: 3 to 5 times per week, 60 minutes per session.

• Current language level: Beginner (all students)

• Native and other spoken languages: Native Spanish. Fluent Portuguese, German & English.
  
• Students' language needs and goals: Day-to-day interaction.

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons

• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes

• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals

• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in French

• Degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field

• Minimum of two years of French (FLS) teaching experience
