Job Description
About Elevate
Elevate Architectural Products (EAP) delivers performance-ready material solutions — carefully sourced, thoroughly vetted, and tested to meet U.S. standards.
As a strategic material partner, we bridge the gap between global manufacturers and the U.S. market, unlocking access to high-quality, specification-ready products that are often underrepresented. Through our network of industry specialists, we curate materials aligned with the evolving demands of architects, contractors, and project teams, and we work closely with our partners to refine and position products for a shifting market.
We don't chase trends — we build trust. Our focus is on smart alternatives that offer value without compromise, supported by a team committed to moving projects forward with confidence.
EAP is part of Eastern Companies, an established group of businesses. That structure gives us an uncommon combination: the pace, autonomy, and ownership of a startup, backed by the stability, resources, and infrastructure of a larger corporation. We move quickly, with a foundation beneath us.
Title: | Manager, Sales & Business Development |
Location: | Onsite – Norcross, GA, with travel for client visits and industry events |
Reports to: | Director, Strategy & Operations |
Employment Type: | Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt) |
EAP reaches its market through three channels: direct sales to subcontractors, an independent sales representative network, and architect specification pursuits in which EAP products are written into project documents.
The Manager, Sales & Business Development owns the commercial performance of all three channels. Because our value to our clients rests on curation and trust rather than volume, this role is as much about qualifying the right opportunities and positioning the right materials as it is about closing.
This is a formative role within a growing organization. Responsibilities extend beyond conventional sales execution to include developing the processes, partner relationships, and market presence that will support the company's next stage of growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating where established playbooks do not yet exist and will take ownership of building them. As the business scales, this position is positioned to grow into the foundation of EAP's sales function — the person in this seat will be building the department they have the opportunity to lead.

DPTO does not accrue and is subject to manager approval based on operational requirements, staffing levels, and performance.
