General Role Description / Position Summary

Edovate Learning Corp is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Partnerships to drive new B2B business across our education and accreditation solutions.

This is a new-business-only, primarily outbound sales role responsible for the full sales cycle—from identifying and prospecting new opportunities through discovery, product demonstrations, solution development, negotiation, and close.

This role is best suited for a proactive hunter who enjoys creating opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound lead flow.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, consultative seller who can build relationships with prospective partners, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions that drive value.

As we expand our B2B sales efforts, this person will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our outbound strategy, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and engagement of prospective B2B partners.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and needs assessment through presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, delivering tailored education and accreditation solutions that align with partner objectives.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, ensuring consistent follow-up, deal progression, and achievement of pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide reliable forecasts, and participate in regular pipeline reviews to support business planning and performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with internal teams by providing a seamless handoff of closed business to Account Management to support implementation, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning a full sales cycle and generating outbound pipeline.
  • Proven success prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business.
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and sales forecasting.
  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education, EdTech, accreditation, training, or related industries is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, deal tracking, workflow management, reporting, and sales forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

In this role, success means consistently building a strong outbound pipeline, converting qualified opportunities into new business, and creating a smooth transition from Sales to Account Management. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a true hunter mentality who thrives on generating new business and opening doors through strategic prospecting and relationship building. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, excels with autonomy, and takes ownership of their territory and outcomes. As we continue to grow, we're seeking someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, embraces change, and is excited by the opportunity to help build, refine, and scale sales processes from the ground up.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and comfort with change
