Job Description

You’ll lead from the front—working alongside your crew, organizing the day, solving problems in the field, and making sure our customers see the TDG Way when the job is finished. tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time, year around Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route
- mulching
- plant and flower install
- weeding flowerbeds
- trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape
- shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather
- preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
- Experience managing a crew preferred.
- Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
- Ability to work overtime.
