Marketing Specialist in Mabank, Texas at Galaxy Lifts

You'll report to the Marketing Director, with the support of a broader marketing team, and work in Mabank, in fast-growing Northeast Texas between Dallas and Tyler, near Cedar Creek Lake.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Help shape and strengthen the Galaxy Lifts brand identity as marketing operations scale
• Create compelling content across print, digital, and social channels, turning technical product information into clear, engaging messaging
• Own social media content, community engagement, and strategy to grow our presence and audience
• Plan, launch, and optimize targeted email campaigns with audience segmentation
• Build and update website content and landing pages
• Design sales materials including brochures, presentations, and product spotlights aligned with brand guidelines
• Capture and edit photo and video content at customer visits and company events
• Coordinate trade shows and events from planning through post-event follow-up
• Track the marketing calendar, analyze channel performance, and recommend optimizations
• Partner with internal teams and serve as the key liaison with outside vendors and agencies

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment; consumer, home improvement, or accessibility marketing experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content strategy, and campaign execution
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to translate technical product information into clear, engaging content
• Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize future campaigns
• Photography and videography skills with the ability to capture and edit content for digital and social channels
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, Semrush, and AI tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and external vendors
• Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples required
• Local to Mabank, TX or willing to relocate
