We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and lead our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency

- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment

- Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new culinary initiatives

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with sanitation standards

- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
