Service Manager

You know a great restaurant experience starts with a team that feels supported. As a Service Manager, you’ll bring out the best in your team, stay connected with guests, and keep the dining room and bar running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality and wants to help others grow.

What you will do

Lead dining room, host, bar, and takeout service while supporting overall restaurant operations.

Coach team members on menu knowledge, service timing, and the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Help recruit, hire, schedule, and develop employees; handle performance matters with the management team.

Stay visible during service, respond to guest feedback, and resolve concerns.

Coordinate with the kitchen to deliver accurate orders and a smooth dining experience.

Monitor staffing, labor, food and beverage costs, and service readiness.

Maintain cleanliness, responsible alcohol service, and safe operating practices.

Support community outreach and follow company policies, brand standards, and applicable requirements.

What you bring

At least one year of restaurant management experience and a minimum age of 21.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and applicable holidays.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Full-service restaurant management experience including bar operations, food safety certification such as ServSafe, and computer skills are preferred.

Willingness to relocate within the assigned region is preferred.
