• Lead change management initiatives related to workflow transformation and technology adoption

• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, providers, population health, recruiting, IT, and executive leadership teams

• Support operational scalability initiatives as Matter Health continues expanding into new markets

• Assist with reporting visibility, operational consistency, and workflow standardization initiatives

• Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, and patient impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical transformation, clinical enablement, or healthcare technology implementation

• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or decentralized clinical environments

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, provider operations, and operational process improvement

• Experience leading workflow optimization, operational improvement, or change management initiatives

• Strong organizational, project management, and operational execution skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining operational attention to detail

• Passion for improving healthcare access and serving underserved communities

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strongly Preferred

• Experience supporting EHR/EMR optimization or clinical systems implementation

• Experience developing training, onboarding, or provider enablement initiatives

• Familiarity with workflow automation, healthcare analytics, or operational reporting tools

• Experience supporting change management or organizational transformation initiatives

• Startup or scaling healthcare organization experience

• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or formal change management experience preferred
