In this strategic leadership role, you will drive product-led growth initiatives focused on onboarding, user activation, engagement, and long-term retention. Working at the intersection of Product and Marketing, you will shape growth strategies that directly influence customer adoption and business performance. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing teams while mentoring Product Managers and ensuring alignment around measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces experimentation, and enjoys turning customer insights into impactful product experiences. You will play a key role in optimizing the user journey through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and execution excellence. The position offers the opportunity to influence growth strategy at scale within a highly collaborative and innovation-focused environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and continuously evolve the product-led growth strategy across onboarding, engagement, activation, and retention initiatives.
  • Define and execute a measurable roadmap designed to improve user adoption, product engagement, and long-term customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align priorities and drive growth-focused initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Product Managers working across growth-related projects and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product usage patterns, and friction points to identify optimization opportunities and growth levers.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to validate product improvements and business impact.
  • Drive prioritization, accountability, and execution discipline across growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a key product leader for growth strategy discussions, contributing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with marketing teams on messaging, lifecycle strategies, and KPI alignment to create cohesive user experiences throughout the customer journey.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading product-led growth initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Strong background managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation to optimization and scaling.
  • Demonstrated success improving business metrics through product experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions.
  • High level of analytical and data fluency, with the ability to interpret behavioral insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
  • Previous experience leading and coaching Product Managers in high-performing and fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and align teams without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of Product and Marketing with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Flexible remote work environment with opportunities for global collaboration.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing and innovation-driven company.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture focused on transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Access to impactful projects that influence millions of user interactions globally.
  • Professional development opportunities, mentorship, and leadership growth support.
  • Dynamic and supportive work environment encouraging experimentation and creativity.
  • Opportunity to work with modern SaaS technologies and high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment practices.
