This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic and analytical professional passionate about driving revenue growth through innovative pricing and monetization strategies. In this role, you will shape the company’s global pricing architecture across SaaS and subscription-based offerings, influencing both product-led and sales-led growth initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize pricing performance, improve margins, and enhance customer value. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging AI-driven analytics and data insights to inform pricing decisions at scale. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote environment where innovation, adaptability, and business impact are highly valued. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader eager to influence enterprise-wide growth strategies while building scalable monetization frameworks for the future.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and lead company-wide pricing and packaging strategies across subscription models, bundles, add-ons, and usage-based offerings to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Design pricing frameworks that support both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions while improving customer retention and competitive positioning.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to establish pricing governance, discounting policies, approval frameworks, and deal economics strategies.
  • Drive monetization initiatives related to payments, transaction fees, and global pricing optimization across multiple regions and currencies.
  • Use AI-powered analytics, predictive modeling, and advanced data insights to evaluate pricing elasticity, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and operational execution.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure pricing effectiveness, forecast revenue impact, and support executive decision-making.
  • Lead pricing governance initiatives, including pricing committees, compliance standards, and enablement programs that support scalable commercial growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue operations, finance, consulting, or monetization leadership roles within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven success designing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies that drive ARR growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Strong expertise in pricing models including subscription, tiered, usage-based, and value-based pricing approaches.
  • Experience working with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning tools, or advanced pricing optimization technologies.
  • Deep understanding of revenue metrics such as ARR, ACV, LTV, CAC, discounting strategies, and deal economics.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating in global and multi-currency environments with knowledge of regional pricing dynamics and payment ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CPQ platforms such as Salesforce is highly valued.
  • Experience supporting both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) business models is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary ranging from approximately $216,200 to $235,000 annually, plus potential bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible work arrangements and open PTO policy.
  • Quarterly global “Days of Disconnect” dedicated to employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness-focused resources including Calm app subscriptions.
  • Parental leave and “Pawternity” leave to support growing families and pet owners.
  • Quarterly fitness and wellness reimbursement program.
  • Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation, learning, and employee empowerment.
