Job Description
About the role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Program Manager to own and scale Dozee’s Revenue Performance Management (RPM) program. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone connecting revenue billing workflows and insurance processes — ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance across the revenue cycle. This is a high-impact which will have real ownership and the chance to build things from the ground up. You'll report to the Rev Ops Lead and work closely with leadership across ops, clinical, and finance teams in both the US and India.
Own the end-to-end RPM program: tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of revenue billing and insurance operations workflows
Manage billing cycles, revenue reconciliation, and invoice accuracy across customer accounts
Coordinate with insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure claims, authorizations, and reimbursements are processed accurately and on time
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in billing and insurance workflows; propose and implement solutions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key RPM metrics (collection rates, denial rates, billing cycle time, etc.)
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional questions related to revenue billing and insurance operations
Ensure compliance with US payer guidelines, billing codes, and relevant regulatory requirements
Support audits and documentation needs as the company scales
2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or insurance operations
Familiarity with US revenue cycle management (RCM) concepts
Experience working with billing platforms or practice management systems
Strong attention to detail and comfort with data reconciliation
Ability to communicate clearly with clinical, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across geographies
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); SQL or BI tools a plus
Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
Experience with US insurance claims processing, payer contracting, or prior authorizations
Background in healthtech, insurance tech, or a similarly regulated healthcare industry
Experience building ops processes from scratch at an early-stage company
Knowledge of denial management and appeals workflows
