This is a high-impact strategic leadership role responsible for shaping how a global technology services organization goes to market.
You will define and operationalize core GTM decisions including segmentation, territory design, capacity planning, and revenue targeting.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, directly influencing how sales and marketing resources are deployed.
You will act as the analytical backbone of annual and quarterly planning, ensuring leadership decisions are grounded in strong data and commercial logic.
This position requires a strong strategic operator who can turn ambiguity into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
You will partner closely with executive leadership across revenue, finance, and operations to shape enterprise-wide GTM direction.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys designing scalable systems from the ground up.
In this role, you will own the strategic planning and analytical foundation of the go-to-market organization, ensuring alignment between business goals, resource allocation, and execution.
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including market sizing, segmentation, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Design and maintain territory models and capacity planning frameworks to optimize coverage, fairness, and revenue potential
- Drive quota setting and compensation planning in collaboration with Finance and Sales Leadership
- Develop and maintain account segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks to guide sales focus and prioritization
- Build financial and strategic models (CAC, ROI, scenario analysis) to evaluate GTM investments across channels and headcount
- Deliver executive and board-level insights, translating data into clear recommendations and strategic direction
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to extract insights from CRM and enterprise data systems to inform decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align GTM strategy and execution
- Translate high-level business strategy into operational models that enable execution by Sales Operations and field teams
- Lead and develop a small team while building scalable frameworks, tools, and planning processes
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic GTM leader with a consulting or strategy background and experience building scalable commercial planning systems in complex organizations.
- 7–10+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years in management consulting or equivalent strategy roles (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte S&O, Accenture Strategy)
- Strong track record of building GTM frameworks such as ICP design, territory planning, quota setting, or ROI modeling from scratch
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including Excel/Google Sheets and scenario-based planning
- Experience producing executive- and board-level presentations with clear narrative structure and recommendations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and challenge strategic assumptions
- Deep data fluency with the ability to define analytical questions and translate outputs into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product in complex organizations
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive clarity and decision-making
- Nice to have: MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Nice to have: experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or infrastructure/cloud environments
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, or Pigment
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from approximately $155,000 to $210,000 depending on experience and location
