Compensation Structure: $17.00/Hour Guaranteed Base Rate + Premium Uncapped Commission (Whichever is Greater)

In this high-energy position, you will be the face of our brand, hitting the pavement in residential neighborhoods to engage directly with consumers and upgrade their home internet service.

You are guaranteed a secure baseline of $17.00/hour for every single hour you work. When you start stacking installations, you move straight into our premium, uncapped commission tiers—earning as high as $200 per completed order. You will bring home the absolute highest value between your hourly tracking and your monthly sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Field Canvassing: Conduct daily face-to-face, door-to-door sales presentations to residential consumers within assigned territories, identifying needs and presenting high-speed internet solutions.
- Territory & Lead Mapping: Systematically map, pin, and update lead demographics and door knock interaction histories using our field management tool, RepCard.
- On-Site Contract Accuracy: Process customer contracts securely right at the doorstep using the company’s designated Field Order System webpage. Ensure proper customer data integrity and correct lead source classification tagging.
- Pipeline Coordination: Actively follow up with self-sourced prospects over the phone or via return visits to clear roadblocks and assist scheduling with our technician setup teams.
- Quality Account Management: Build clean, sustainable customer volume by setting accurate expectations regarding plan tiers, monthly billing, and tech appointments.
Requirements:Position Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in door-to-door sales, residential canvas prospecting, telecom, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required. We will train the right attitude!
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently introduce yourself, command attention at the door, handle objections on the fly, and close deals.
- Resilience and Drive: A competitive mindset with the emotional stamina to handle rejection at the doorstep and maintain high energy throughout a field shift.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating standard smartphones, tablet web interfaces, and field mapping apps (RepCard/Web Portals) daily.
- Mobility: Must have reliable transportation to travel out to assigned residential sales territories daily.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work optimal D2D hours, including late afternoons, early evenings, and Saturdays when consumers are most likely to be at home.
