This role focuses on supporting global network billing operations and ensuring accurate, timely resolution of billing issues, disputes, and service-related queries. You will play a key part in maintaining billing integrity by investigating discrepancies, validating data across systems, and ensuring customers remain up to date with payments. The position sits within a fast-paced operational environment where precision, analytical thinking, and strong communication are essential. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify root causes of issues and prevent recurrence through structured problem management. The work also involves handling invoicing processes, contract validation, and billing adjustments while adhering to defined SLAs. - Manage end-to-end network billing operations, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and non-payment issues from internal and external customers.
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Validate billing data using internal tools and cross-check information with relevant stakeholders.
- Review contracts and service documentation to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
- Prepare billing adjustments and credit notes for approval, or approve within delegated authority.
- Escalate complex issues following defined escalation paths to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure adherence to operational policies and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support problem management efforts related to IT infrastructure or system-driven billing issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, customer service, dispute resolution, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to review contracts and understand billing or service documentation.
- Experience in network billing operations or IT-related billing environments is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a 24x5 rotational shift model, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
