This role sits at the core of a global People Analytics function, supporting strategic HR reporting, data management, and analytics that directly inform senior leadership decisions. You will work in a modern data ecosystem built on cloud and big data technologies, helping transform raw HR data into trusted insights. The position involves hands-on work across data ingestion, transformation, reporting, and visualization, ensuring high-quality outputs for business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment where accuracy, governance, and scalability are critical. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data challenges, working with large datasets, and building meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end data management and reporting processes within a large-scale People Analytics environment.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, validation, and lifecycle management within a HR Data Lake environment.
- Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues and support reporting and analytics needs.
- Prepare and maintain curated datasets using Databricks for downstream reporting and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI following defined standards and governance practices.
- Build and support Power Apps solutions for self-service reporting, workflows, and controlled data capture.
- Assist in data integration across Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of reports and applications before release.
- Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use Python where required for basic automation, data processing, or support tasks.
This role requires strong technical data skills combined with analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, or data engineering-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and issue investigation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
- Experience working with Databricks or similar big data platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric is a strong advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation or automation tasks.
- Understanding of HR or people data is an advantage, especially in governed environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
