Job Description

Senior Product Manager (AI Care Management)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI Care Management) based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare delivery, AI product innovation, and operational transformation for safety-net populations. You will own the vision and roadmap for an AI-driven agent platform designed to support frontline care managers in delivering more efficient, coordinated, and human-centered care. The work focuses on reducing administrative burden, surfacing actionable insights in real time, and improving outcomes for patients with complex medical and social needs. You will collaborate closely with clinical leadership, engineering, and operations to translate real-world care workflows into scalable AI-native product experiences. This is a high-autonomy role where you will define what “good” looks like for agentic systems in a regulated healthcare environment. Your decisions will directly influence how care teams serve millions of patients across Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered care management agents, from early discovery through pilot, launch, and iteration.
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership and operations teams to deeply understand care workflows and identify meaningful opportunities for AI-driven support.
  • Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements, decision documents, and execution-ready specifications for engineering and design teams.
  • Design and define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops to measure the real-world effectiveness of AI features in clinical settings.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical operations, and leadership to ensure shared understanding of priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end product delivery for high-impact initiatives, balancing speed, safety, and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Communicate product direction, progress, and insights through structured updates, stakeholder reviews, and clear written documentation.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, care delivery, or other complex and regulated environments.
  • Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, including roadmap definition, execution, and outcome measurement.
  • Experience building products that integrate with clinical workflows for care teams, clinicians, or patient-facing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products, including defining evaluation criteria, success metrics, and iteration frameworks.
  • Strong ability to write clear, structured product documentation that drives alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance environments (e.g., HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare systems, value-based care) preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving product spaces involving agentic or LLM-based systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $195,000 – $220,000 USD
  • Equity compensation package
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid time off
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Monthly home office stipend and equipment support
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact healthcare systems improving outcomes for underserved populations
  • Fast-paced environment with strong autonomy and clear ownership opportunities.
