A well established practice in NW Calgary is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dental industry experience is required and must be clearly demonstrated to be considered for this role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable speaking with patients and handling a high volume of phone calls.
• Ability to coordinate treatment plans, schedule appointments, and support a positive patient experience.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year minimum of dental industry experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset but not necessary
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and CareCru is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
