PYG Therapy is growing and seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide pediatric home-based therapy services across Arizona. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping children improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life in the environments where they learn and grow.

Compensation- Earn between $84-$118 per hourPay rates vary based on location, experience, and employment statusW-2 and 1099 opportunities availableFull-time, part-time, and contract positions offered

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:
- Provide individualized physical therapy services in the home environmentEvaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals that support functional developmentDesign and implement personalized plans of careDocument patient progress, treatment outcomes, and ongoing recommendationsEducate parents and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress between visitsCollaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate careCommunicate patient updates, progress, and treatment recommendations to appropriate stakeholdersFoster strong therapeutic relationships with children and their caregivers

Available options include:
- W-2 employmentIndependent contractor (1099) opportunitiesCustom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per weekOpportunities available throughout Arizona

Applicants must possess:
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT)Current CPR certificationAHCCCS IDArticle 9 certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with pediatric populationsHome health experience
